Meet Martha H.

Martha is our Senior Customer Service Representative at Indepak.  She began her employment in 1989 working in our Thermoforming Department.  In 1992, she began working in Customer Service and has progressed to her current role.  Her duties include interfacing with customers and our production people in processing work orders.  She also supports plastic purchasing and works with our vendors.  Martha is our resident database expert and is a key person on our computer network and applications team.  

Martha appreciates the ability to help people, helping customers to decide what they need and matching it to our capabilities.  She also likes the diversity that comes from talking to international customers.  She has to relate to all of the functional departments at Indepak and enjoys the relationships she has with people here.  She says that she likes the people and family environment at work and appreciates the faith-based value system.

Martha was born in Portland, Oregon and has lived in Gresham, Boring, and Portland.  She has two daughters, ages ten and twelve who are very good students.  Her twelve year old just made the honor roll.  Martha enjoys family and church activities, trips to the beach and walks with her four dogs.  She is a secretary in the largest regional chapter of A.W.A.N.A. where she works with kids from kindergarten through second grade.
