Meet Darryl B.

Darryl started his employment as a production worker at Indepak in October of 1983.   His mechanical abilities and work ethic soon got him recruited to a team that was preparing a new thermoforming manufacturing facility.   Darryl then became a maintenance mechanic and helped build and staff that department for 9 years.  He was then promoted to project coordinator for our Developmental Engineering department where he helped build and modify our manufacturing machinery.   Today, Darryl manages our Custom Packaging/Fulfillment Department.  Darryl says he really enjoys the challenges of a growing department and especially thrives on the people and team-building aspects of his job.

Darryl was born in Portland, Oregon and has lived in the East County all of his life.   He spent 4 years in the Marine Corps travelling the world.  Darryl, his wife, and 3 children live in Sandy, Oregon on property and a home he renovated.  He is on the corporate board of The Church on the Mountain and is part of its leadership. 

He really enjoys family time together, church activities, and having friends over for barbeques.  He says he still enjoys coming to work every morning after all of his years here because of the people and atmosphere at Indepak.
