Meet Matt B.

Matt was hired as our night shift production supervisor in December of 2001.  He is responsible for a variety of things including scheduling people for assignments, new job information packets, production order summaries, and generally all aspects of our company's night shift activities.  Matt says that he likes the variety in his duties.  He says that every day there is something different to deal with.  Matt especially likes the people here whom he says "are really nice" and make working at Indepak enjoyable.

Matt was born in Portland, Oregon.  He lives in Sandy, where he grew up.  He is married to Cynthia and they have 2 girls; Kara, 6 yrs. old and Jordyn, 3 yrs. old.  His interests include spending time with his family, going to the beach, and golfing in the Summer-time.  He is active in the Men's Ministries at his church and was involved in it's startup.  Matt says that the owners of Indepak, Dave and Jan Aho, are really great people.  When he compares his job and the owners to previous jobs he has had, he appreciates how much they really care about their employees.
