Meet Thongsa D.

Thongsa D. was hired in August of 1989 as a machine operator in our Thermoforming Department.  He advanced through other jobs including a materials expediter, materials grinder, a setup technician, and is now a setup technician III, our highest level.  His experience plays an important part in making our machines run well.  

Thongsa was born in Laos.  He traveled to Thailand and then to Seattle and Pasco, Washington where he was a butcher by trade.  While in Pasco, he heard about Indepak through a friend and applied for a job.  Thongsa lives in Portland with his wife of 20 years and two children.

He enjoys having Friday's off to do yard work, gardening, and the upkeep of his home.  Thongsa really enjoys riding bicycles with his kids.
