We provide our customers with thermoforming alternative solutions with total advocacy in mind.  This process begins by developing a thorough understanding of the customers needs which leads to creative designs.  The second phase is to consistently develop tools that produce high quality parts all the time.   Phase three is to produce parts on well maintained equipment and facilities managed in a manner that results in the production of quality parts delivered on time at a competitive price.  The final phase requires validation of our solutions to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Our many years of experience in plastic thermoforming allow us to know what can be done, while our persistence in looking for a better way opens the door to creative solutions. 

Vertical Integration

Indepak maintains control of the entire process.  Our Sales Professionals are sales "engineers" in the true sense of the word.  They often work along side your engineers to create the right solution for your specific needs.

Internally, our Designers are top notch.  Prototype parts and "first articles" are produced fast and efficiently.  Our tooling group has state-of-the-art machinery, and our R&D department provides us with specialized production equipment which enables great control of the process.

As a result, production has set many milestones for quality, safety, and innovation.  Another result of our integrated process is that we can assure your satisfaction in a minimum amount of time.

The Developmental Engineering Department is constantly seeking ways to improve our capabilities.  Years ago, we started building our own sophisticated forming machines in-house, down to our latest ergonomic friendly, computer programmable version shown at right.

We know that staying on schedule is critical to your success.  Our track record proves that delivering complete orders, on time is high on our priority list, even if it means extraordinary effort to meet your deadline.

In support of that dependability, our active schedule of preventive maintenance on all machinery, combined with a large inventory of spare parts, enables our trained maintenance specialists on every shift to "fix" problems before they occur.   This all but eliminates unscheduled downtime, which means more reliable delivery to you.
