Energy and Resource Conservation

We are proud of our efforts to conserve energy and resources in the Pacific Northwest.  For many years, we have partnered with our power company to reduce electricity consumption by purchasing equipment, lighting, and material handling vehicles that are energy efficient.

We have also implemented systems to reduce our consumption of process cooling water which saves and re-uses millions of gallons of water a year.  Our "environmentally aware" workforce is constantly on the watch for ideas which reduce waste and save resources. 

For our efforts, we have received awards and recognition in our community.  Here is an example:
