Indepak Philosophy

Foundation,  Mission,  Vision,  Values

Our Foundation
Dave Aho

When Indepak began, the vision was quite simple:   "Ignorance," plus "a can-do attitude," plus "too many hours" equals "success."  An adequate vision for Indepak is much more complex than that naive thought of the past.  Although more complex, it must at the same time be simple.

Consider how long it has been since you saluted as a scout or military person, or placed your hand over your heart as a civilian and said...

"I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Contained in this neglected pledge are the roots of Indepak's vision: qualities of loyalty, commitment, unity, and dependence.  If our nation is dependent on God, how much more a small company like ours must be dependent in many ways, including our dependence on each other.

Mission - "why" we exist

Our mission is to be outstanding at custom thermoforming plastic.  There are a limited number of customers wanting our service and they have a choice of several companies from which to purchase.  Why should they buy from Indepak?

Vision - "what" we intend to do

Indepak strives to be the chosen supplier of custom thermoformed products and to be valued by our customers for excellence in service and technology.

Values - "how" we operate

The vision for Indepak contains values that are simple and well known, yet rare:

Secure well being among coworkers is our hope

Good character is essential in our relationships

Hard work is critical to our success

Pursuit of elegantly simple technology is continuous

Delighted customers are our passion

Profit is a consequence, not a right

Success at "Forming Good Impressions" is our goal
