Fast Production
Our facility includes multiple lines of high-speed thermoforming equipment. This variety of equipment allows us to meet the needs of many clients as quickly as possible. Our equipment is able to process rigid materials from .008” to .080” in thickness and foam materials from 1/16” up to ¼”. Our equipment also is capable of creating quality custom clamshell packaging, blister packaging, thermoform trays, parts and more.
Sustainability
Sustainability is something we take very seriously at Indepak. Our facility is located in Portland, a city known for its environmental innovation, and we’ve been reducing, reusing and recycling for decades, long before it was popular or required. We offer our clients many different sustainable options for their custom clamshell packaging and blister packaging.
Our equipment is able to process a myriad of thermoform plastic materials, including PET, PETG, HDPE, ABS, PVC, PP and OPS. Nearly all of the materials we use are recyclable, and we also can use starch-based biomaterials for many custom clamshell packaging designs. Our innovative design team can create packaging that incorporates a combination of plastic materials along with paper or pulp. We also can use post-consumer grade materials for your packaging. Additionally, our design team works diligently to reduce the overall amount of packaging needed to protect and display your product, reducing waste and reducing your costs.
Additional Services
In order to provide a total solution for each of our clients, we provide several additional services. For instance, we offer package fulfilment services and we can seal your custom clamshell packaging together using processes such as heat sealing or perhaps RF welding. Our facility also includes 50,000 square feet of warehouse space, and we can create a personalized inventory management just for you, ranging from simple minimum/maximum systems to customer-based web portals.
